Lets talk about whats not in our products. At Mind Gut Co., we are committed to providing you with the purest products possible. Our formulations are free from artificial colours and flavours, using only natural ingredients backed by scientific research to deliver effective results.
Our products are carefully crafted to be low in allergens and are free from gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, crustaceans, eggs, sesame seeds, soy products, and artificial sweeteners.
The colour of our powders is from our therapeutic ingredients. Gut Calm + Restore is a bright yellow from Turmeric and Bromelain. Neuro Balance has added Beetroot powder to add colour and extra nutritional support to our hero formula.
Our products are conveniently designed to be mixed into your favourite drinks—smoothies, juices, or water. Follow the recommended dosage on the packaging for best results.

Yes, the Mind Gut Co. powders contain natural flavours, making them delicious to consume. However, they are only used in quantities needed to improve the flavour profiles of the products. All flavours used are also of the highest quality. Our products are coloured naturally from the therapeutic ingredients, for example Gut Calm + Restore is a bright yellow from the Turmeric and Bromelain content. Neuro Balance contains Beetroot powder to give a beautiful pink colour and also adds additional therapeutic benefits by increasing the absorption of the active ingredients of the powder.
All of our Mind Gut Co. products are highly nutritious, however not all of our products are recommended during this time. If you’re unsure as to whether a specific product is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you are welcome to contact us at hello@mindgutco.com.
